An emblem for sixty years
The RISING60 logo will appear on everything from state receptions to school programmes across 2026 and 2027. We invite designers in Singapore and Indonesia to create it.

The brief
Design a single commemorative mark for the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Singapore and the Republic of Indonesia. The mark must work in full colour and in one colour, at the size of a lapel pin and on a building banner.
What the logo must represent
- 01Equal partnership between two sovereign neighbours
- 02Sixty years — the numeral 60 should be legible in the mark
- 03Shared heritage: sea, trade, kinship and craft traditions
- 04A forward-looking, rising trajectory rather than nostalgia
- 05Dignity appropriate to official government use
Eligibility
- Citizens and residents of Singapore and Indonesia, aged 17 and above
- Individual entrants or teams of up to three people
- Maximum of two entries per person
- Work must be original, unpublished and free of third-party assets
Prizes
Winner
SGD 6,000, official adoption of the mark for the anniversary year, and an invitation to the National Day Reception in Jakarta.
Runner-up
SGD 3,000 and a feature in the 60 by 60 series.
Student Prize
SGD 1,500 and a design mentorship placement.
