What we collect
We collect the name, email address, WhatsApp number, city, entrant category, entry files and design rationale you provide through the competition form, along with basic technical data such as submission time.
Basis and purpose
Data is processed on the basis of your consent, solely to verify eligibility, conduct judging, communicate about the competition and publish approved entries.
Sharing
Data is shared only with the competition secretariat, panel members and technical service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Data is retained for no more than 24 months after the winner is announced, unless otherwise required by law.
Your rights
Under Singapore's PDPA and Indonesia's UU PDP you may request access, correction, deletion, or withdraw consent by writing to rising60@mfa.sg.
